East Shore Addition expands a coastal home on Great Island in Narragansett, Rhode Island, overlooking Bluff Hill Cove along the shores of Point Judith Salt Pond. Designed to support summer living, the addition introduces new bedrooms and an enlarged living room for a growing family. An expansive sliding door opens the space to the west, framing sunset views and extending daily life onto the seaside deck.

Oak Hill Residence is a new home on Harbour Island in Narragansett, Rhode Island, set along the shores of Point Judith Salt Pond on a steeply sloping site. At nearly 3,300 SF, the house includes multiple primary suites for the owners and their summer guests.
The front approach is unassuming, with small, repetitive gable volumes, and then the home opens up to the waterside, becoming an impressive waterfront property that commands a presence from the salt pond. The architecture draws from New England cottage vernacular, reinterpreted in a clean and modern way.
